Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Cancellation Request
Client-Initiated Cancellations:
Clients may cancel any service prior to the start of the project. Cancellations must be requested in writing via email at least 3 business days before the scheduled start of the project.
Once Work Has Commenced:
After the service or development work has started, cancellation is generally not permitted unless mutually agreed upon by both parties.
2. Refund Eligibility
Pre-Commencement Cancellations:
If a service is canceled before any work has commenced, a full refund will be issued within 7 business days.
Digital Marketing and Ongoing IT Services:
For services such as digital marketing or ongoing IT support, refunds are issued on a pro-rata basis if cancellation occurs mid-term, provided no deliverables have been submitted or work has been completed during the cancellation period.
Web Development and Design Projects:
Web development and design projects are non-refundable once the design has been approved or work has started.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
Consultation Fees: Fees for consultations, regardless of duration, are non-refundable.
Customized Software Solutions: Services involving custom software or tailored solutions are not eligible for refunds once development has started.
Completed Projects: Completed design, development, or IT service projects are non-refundable.
4. Refund Process
All refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method used for the transaction.
